Plus complet et modulable, Lodgify se distingue par son site web intégré, ses automatisations avancées et son Channel Manager puissant — idéal pour les pros et les grands portefeuilles locatifs.
🚀 Découvrir LodgifyCloudbeds is a hotel management platform (HMS) created in 2012 in San Diego. The initial idea was simple: bring together under a single interface all the technological building blocks necessary for a hotel to function effectively.
In a decade, the solution has attracted tens of thousands of establishments in more than 150 countries. Its promise? Unify PMS, channel manager, booking engine, payments, customer communication and artificial intelligence. In short, replace a mosaic of disparate software with a single central tool.
Cloudbeds targets properties that want to streamline their management and increase their revenue without multiplying providers. Its scope is broad: from independent hotels to multi-property groups, including hostels or campsites.
The Property Management System centralizes all hotel operations. Reservations, arrivals, departures, upgrades, guest notes: everything is automated. The interface even allows drag-and-drop of a reservation to change a date or a room. A detail that simplifies life for a front desk team.
Cloudbeds connects more than 300 OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, niche OTAs). The synchronization is bidirectional and real-time, reducing the risk of double bookings to almost zero. Prices can be adjusted per channel, and a rate comparator is displayed directly on the hotel’s site.

It allows generating direct bookings with no commission. Responsive, multilingual and multi-currency, it easily integrates with an existing site. On average, hoteliers see +20% more direct bookings after deploying it. The “Rate Checker” option reassures customers by comparing prices with those displayed on OTAs.
This is the integrated payment module. Compatible with standard credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and even some local solutions like OXXO or SEPA. Artificial intelligence automatically blocks suspicious transactions. Since 2024, the “Tap to Pay” option turns a smartphone into a mobile payment terminal.
PIE is the in-house revenue management tool. It analyzes the market and competitors in real time, then suggests dynamic adjustments. The hotel can automate its pricing rules (occupancy, season, local events) or keep manual control. Result: maximize RevPAR without losing control.
A single inbox centralizes WhatsApp, SMS, emails, Booking.com and Airbnb. You can schedule automatic messages, translate conversations in real time and even trigger satisfaction surveys. An alert warns if a negative review arises on Tripadvisor.
The solution also offers turnkey website templates tailored to the hotel sector. The built-in editor makes it easy to customize its design. Coupled with the booking engine, it’s a tool to capture direct bookings.
This module takes analysis even further. Custom reports, multi-property tracking, dashboards: the goal is to inform decisions with real-time data. Each transaction is enriched with metadata (booking source, rate type, etc.), offering a granular view.
For more tech-savvy properties, the open API provides access to third-party integrations (CRM, RMS, reputation management solutions, smart locks). More than 180 applications are available via the marketplace.
Cloudbeds does not display a public pricing grid. Each hotel receives a quote tailored to its number of rooms and the chosen modules. This flexibility helps tailor to needs, but makes direct comparison more difficult.
The offering revolves around a base PMS/Channel/Booking Engine core, to which advanced modules can be added: PIE, Whistle, Websites, Insights. All together it creates a bespoke solution.
| Plan | Included modules | For whom? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | PMS + Channel Manager | Small hotels from 15–30 rooms |
| Standard | Essential + Booking Engine + Payments | Independent hotels aiming for more direct bookings |
| Premium | Standard + PIE + Whistle | Establishments looking to boost revenue & customer relationships |
| Enterprise | Premium + Insights + API + multi-property | Hotel groups and large properties |

The feedback is generally very positive. On Hotel Tech Report, Cloudbeds tops the rankings: No. 1 hotel management software, No. 2 channel manager. Users praise the ergonomics, the responsiveness of support, and the power of the channel manager.

Before deciding, you need to weigh the strengths and weaknesses of the platform.
✔️ All-in-one solution that centralizes PMS, channel manager, payments, messaging and revenue management.
✔️ Unmatched connectivity: more than 300 OTAs and a marketplace rich in integrations.
✔️ Advanced tools for Business Intelligence and dynamic pricing, rare among competitors in the same category.
❌ No pricing transparency nor free trial, which makes comparing with more affordable solutions difficult.
Cloudbeds establishes itself in 2025 as a must-have reference for mid-sized to large hotels. Powerful, modular, designed to maximize revenue and efficiency, it remains less accessible to very small properties. For ambitious hoteliers, it’s a safe bet.
To get the most out of Cloudbeds, it is best to approach its deployment as a real project. Training staff is essential: a rich PMS can be intimidating at first. It is also advisable to designate an internal manager responsible for the relationship with the Cloudbeds account manager. Finally, fully leveraging PIE and Insights allows going beyond mere operational management to move to a strategic revenue management.
The login is via the secure URL https://hotels.cloudbeds.com. The user enters their email and password to access the PMS. Multi-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled for added security. Access is fully cloud-based, allowing you to sign in from any computer or tablet with an Internet connection.
Yes. The main account administrator can create multiple user profiles with different roles: reception, revenue manager, accounting, etc. Each user has customized access rights. Deletions or changes of access are done in a few clicks via the administration dashboard.
The cancellation must be done by directly contacting the customer service or the assigned account manager. Cloudbeds does not offer an automatic cancellation button in the interface. The notice period and termination terms vary depending on the agreement signed at subscription. It is advisable to request written confirmation of the end date and the closing of access.

Comment créer un compte Cloudbeds pour mon établissement ?
The sign-up is done directly via Cloudbeds' official site. The hoteliers must fill out a contact form and request a demonstration. At the end of this exchange, an account is created and customized based on the number of rooms and the chosen modules (PMS, channel manager, etc.). Unlike some competitors, Cloudbeds does not offer self-service signup: every account opening goes through a quote and a sales support process.
